1. HYPHAELIFE'S MICRODOSING RECOMMENDATIONS: a.) Consume between a 1/2 gram to one full gram of our premium "Active" dried mushroom varieties. b.) Consume 2-4 of our quarter gram (1/4g, 0.25g) infused candies. Then wait 45 minutes to an hour to see how it affects your body before deciding to take more. 2. MEDICINAL MICRODOSING: c.) The Therapeutic Window (the dosage in which most people see positive results) is between half a gram (1/2g, 0.5g) up to 2 grams. Some may argue that a half a gram is not a micro dose and is too high. The fact is that sub perceptual microdosing has been proven in scientific studies to work no better than a placebo. Therapeutic efficacy is found in how it alters the way you think. Therefore, if you can't feel anything, you may not be doing anything significant. d.) Ingesting in excess of two grams (i.e. "Tripping", "Heroic Dose" will compromise the clarity and consistency of your thinking and can be unpleasant for some people. Hyphaelife does NOT recommend you exceed the therapeutic window of 2 grams until you feel very comfortable and confident as to how this experience will affect you. 3. AFTER WAITING 1 HOUR... If you still want to take an additional dose and don't feel as though your test dose was sufficient, then you can do so. Just be aware that the effect will last 5 hours from the last dose you took.
